Business Development Specialist

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is searching for an established sales and business development professional with a proven record who will bring clients to our mental health practice as we continue to expand in Texas.

We opened our doors in June of 2019 in North Chesterfield, Virginia, and since then, have propelled our Teletherapy service throughout Virginia and in several other states. Our goal is to expand our reach in Texas, and throughout the Nation. To do so, we need a person who knows how to get clients to contact our practice and get the help they need.

MySpectrum is on the Inc. 5000 as #244 in the United States. We plan to continue this trajectory and are looking for someone invested in the same.

Our current setup is strong. Our services are strong. Our Therapists are strong. We need a strong individual who can roll up their sleeves and leverage their relationships, networks, and reach to increase the number of clients we serve. We are not looking for digital marketing, SEO, or other ways to grow the business. We are looking for a person with contacts in Texas who will sell our service.

Some duties of this position will include:

• Compiling a centralized database of contacts
• Tracking outreach
• Solidifying agreements, contracts, and client acquisition
• Calling prospective client sources
• Emailing prospective client sources
• Visiting and meeting with prospective client sources virtually and in-person throughout Texas 
• Converting outreach into clients who contact and receive service at our practice
